Building adjacent to the cathedral Notre-Dame de Reims, it was also a royal residence during the coronations of the kings of France in Reims.
Classified as a historical monument since 1840,the Gate of Mars is a Roman monument in Rheims, from the IIIᵉ century. It takes its name from the proximity of a temple dedicated to Mars, Roman god of war. This monument is the widest arch in the Roman world. It’s worth going there because it is an impressive monument to contemplate.
This is a remarkably unique place! The Villa Demoiselle is an architectural monument built in Reims in 1890 under the orders of Henry Vasnier.
