Due to the current COVID 19 crisis and the uncertainty of traveling in the future, Trip My France has decided to offer more flexible payment and cancellation policy.
This is to ease your mind and invite you to dream again about travelling in France and Western Europe…without taking any risk!
– The initial deposit will be only 15% of the total price of the trip, instead of 40% in our « normal » conditions!
– A second deposit of 25% will be due as soon as borders of France are reopened (at least to travelers of from your nationality).
– The balance will be due 60 days prior your arrival.
– The first deposit of 15% will be entirely refundable as long as French borders are closed to international travelers (at least of to your nationality). You just have to send a mail to us if you decide to cancel your trip.
– If French borders have not reopened 60 days prior your arrival, you will be automatically refunded with the deposit or –only if you agree with it– your deposit will be retained and the trip will be postponed in the future without any extra fees.
From the moment France opens its borders again -meaning your trip is definitely feasible-,our normal conditions of cancellation and refund will apply :
* More than 30 days before the arrival date : the deposits will be retained, as this corresponds to the payments and work already done to guarantee the trip
* From 15 to 30 days before arrival: 60% of total amount will be retained.
* Less than 15 days before the arrival date: 100 % of total amount will be retained.
We sincerely hope that these more flexible payment and cancellation policy will help you to make the next step towards your project of travelling in France !
